It is Friday, I am home early, how good is that?

Second gorgeous day on the trot here, brilliant sunshine, hardly any wind, blue sky, just a bit cool, the Sea looked beautiful driving along the Front, and now I am off for two days they are talking about Snow, just cannot win.

I fancy an early walk down the Local this evening, not seen them all week.

Any one got any exciting plans lined up?

I’m jealous I’m still stuck in work and it’s terrible cold windy wet weather just now.

I’m still clearing out and sort of starting to pack for the move this weekend. Nothing too exciting planned except maybe a late night DVD session with the OH. Current favourite is True Blood.

Have a good weekend though Tashi
Homemade pizza, bottle of Badoit and catch up TV for us this evening.

Before that will be chicken herding as we have an escapee!

Thanks Queen, you too,

Never tried herding chickens Eccles, good luck with that.
pub..excellent idea, love fridays after a hard working week, few drinks yea
i'm currently doing a gym challenge, so i'll be spending the weekend in the gym or lying on the sofa feeling sorry for myself, before getting up to do it all over again. I am fortifying myself by eating cream tarts and i have pots dauph in the oven just to take me over the edge later....
Nothing exciting...crate of beer and a bit of betting.

Cooking surf & turf and having a glass of wine.

Bliss....
Unfortunately not which is such a shame! Years ago different story but as one ages and has chronic ill health...life isn't as rosy.....but one never loses hope. Enjoy your weekend all....in whatever form it takes folks xx
Had a friend round earlier for a good catch up, was a lovely afternoon. Soon to be partaking of home cooked fish, chips and peas and a dark and stormy cocktail.
Meeting friends for lunch in the countryside tomorrow then m&s Chinese and a bottle of their champers later.
Sunday will be sorting out some packing for another jaunt.

Gorra amber warning for snow tomorrow. So plans for a raptor watch in the Peak District has gone belly up :-(

Just back from an hour in the Local, it was quite quiet but pleasant enough.
Feet up type of evening now that we are all back in the warm.
