After a recent eye test I selected some new frames. It would appear that for some reason they do not sit properly on my face, despite a trip back for readjustment. My old frames fit very well and I now have the option to go back and see if the optician can make the necessary changes. If this is not possible, what are my options.

I will try to go back today and see what the actual optician says.
Let us know how you get on, Genie.

Thanks everyone for taking the time to respond to my query. I managed a visit to the optician and 3 minutes later walked away with my glasses fitting wonderfully. Apparently I have one ear that sits higher/lower than the other, who'd have thought it. He adjusted the arm on one side and hey presto. So I am now happy with my new specs. Thanks again.
Glad you got it sorted, Genie. Thanks for letting us know.
