For years I have always bought cathedral city cheese but lately it don't seem to have the flavour it used to have . Either that or my taste buds have gone but they havnt gone on choc lol .Does anyone else think this and what would you recommend for a tasty cheese apart from wendsleydale which I buy occasionly .

Some of these cheeses I have never heard off but will certainly be looking .

I agree about Davidstow - also if you are near a Waitrose they have a very good range of Cornish Cheddars - often on offer
