A local shop which sells sewing machines could probably get one for you or, failing that, if you Google "Riccar Overlocker" you'll come up with a selection of people who do spares. We got exactly the part you are looking for for our 20-year old sewing machine - thay are just a standard spare part.

Hi, GG....no, not yet.....I have three projects on the go though this weather will see them finished quite quickly......and then I'll have a go...... a scarf to start.......just to master the pattern before attempting gloves! It's such a fascinating pattern.....x
