Grand Tour Second Series - Bloody Awful!

Is not very good. In fact it is terrible.
The first series was just about OK, but the first 2 episodes of the new series were very very dull. It is as if the trio have run out of ideas.
Anyone disagree?

It was starting to get a bit tired when the trio were still on the beeb. Having been going in that format since 2002 one would have thought they would have taken the opportunity when moving to Amazon to try something a bit more different. Good as they are there is only so long you can carry the same idea. Glad I never shelled out for Amazon Prime, just watched a handful of episodes during the free period which I cancelled before it cost me anything.

Speaking as a fan I think they might be getting too old and fat to do what they do but who wouldn't take the cash while it was going?

I loved loved loved top gear and finally got round to watching episode 1 of series 1 and turned it off after 25 minutes - I just did not enjoy it - won't bother with it anymore I'm afraid!!

They have done the Car vs Public Transport race several times before. This time, they missed the train so the car won.

I havent watched it yet but I thought the first series got better and better as it went along - maybe the second one will too.

I used to decry anyone who would say they wouldn't watch this or that comedian because they didn't find them funny/entertaining. Well, I'm banged to rights - I refuse to watch anything with Jeremy Clarkson in it. There, I've said it.

I haven't seen any of TGT, but felt they had run their course on Top Gear and wasn't sad to see them go.

The only one I miss is James May.
