I have webshots that I get most of my backgrounds for my desktop from. I was just wondering how can I save my background on my computer to my pictures or documents? I have been trying to take it and save it, but I cannot figure it out. I need some help and would really appreciate if if anybody knows. Thanks!

I think this works... ! When you set the wallpaper, it creates a file in the Windows directory called "wallpaper" or "webshots", something like that. You can then copy this file to My Pictures or wherever and name it anything you want. Then you can set another picture and repeat the process.

I'm sure there is an easier way I've seen posted somewhere but I can't remember where or what!!

Look in Windows directory for a folder called 'Web'.
Open folder and you should see your wallpaper folder.
You can right click any file the that folder and select copy, then paste picture into any folder or application.

I am sorry but where is Windows Directory? You will have to step me through it, because I am not the greatest with computers!

Go to My Computer -> C: -> Windows

If you're using XP, files within C: and Windows may be hidden. If they are, just click "Show the contents of this folder"

Alright I went there, but only some of my wallpapers are there. Most of them are the ones that already came on my desktop. I downloaded backgrounds for a site: www.webshots.com. All of the ones I have are in the Webshots folder. Those are the ones that I need.
