Just bought a new computer with Windows 11 installed. All was was working well but suddenly when I open File Explorer it opens as Desktop with both my desktop icons and some of my File Explorer icons. I have obviously done something stupid but cant fathom out what. Any help is greatly appreciated.

What directory were you hoping it'd default to ? I suspect mine does the same but I'm not in a position to check. Take a look at File Explorer settings, see if there's anything obvious.
