Thursday. After a lively night with an 'ooligan blowing, it's all calm and tranquil now.
The wee men turned up! one at nine, then went away and came back almost an hour later. Another one arrived at about ten, went away, came back, another one came about eleven, so three of them, the second two went, leaving the first one to get on with it. Lots of noise, a lot of the tiling came off, the washbasin was replaced. He went about two PM. It seems the shower needs a new, bigger cable, which is in a coil on the floor. What time he/they will turn up today is anyone's guess. Like something out of an Carry on comedy. Talk about a cowboy outfit! We'll see what happens today.

Have a happy day everyone.
