"I was just wondering if anyone does kickboxing classes anywhere in bradford? I'm 15 yrs ond (and female) and...well... not the fittest person in the world.... :P anyway i think id like to start so any information, including what happens at a class or prices would be cool"

You'll probably never know why clairey, Ed won't get into any "why was this banned?" type of correspondence, either here or via email.

Do what we all do, just huff and puff and sulk a bit, throw a mini tantrum- then move on .

With regards to your orginal question, the kickboxing one, try phoning round your local sports centres, them sort of things are always held there- good luck!!

lol, well what a silly guy! i mean its not like i mentioned any companys. what does he expect me to put? "does anyone know of any generic kickboxing classes". pfft.

Our Ed is a she Clairey ;-)

Ya might as well let it go hon, as you'll get nowhere stamping ya feet, believe me I've done that often on 'ere and it aint got me any more answers!

with regard to the kickboxing - my 9 year old daughter has just started. the one she goes to caters for all ages and abilities. it last for an hour and a quarter. the first half an hour is taken up with warming up exercises - very tiring just watching! then they demonstrate some moves for everyone to practise. after this when you have a licence you can do some sparring(?). the lessons cost �5 each. well worth it and you will definately get fitter!!!
as for local clubs - like BOO said phone sports centres and clubs. good luck!!!
