Yes, they take it when it's dispatched.
But refund easily if it doesn't arrive.

can't seem to track these parcels for some reason, ordinarily its quite easy, but it doesn't look like they have been sent. the money has come out of my account already.
I use it all the time and am pretty sure the money goes the minute you click submit (within the constraints of electronic cash transactions)
Are they actually sold by Amazon, or another seller on there? They aren't always trackable, but you should be able to contact the seller if you go to your orders and click on the item.
Mr Alba uses them/it.

They picked up on a non-dispatched item, sent him an apology email, saying he hadn't been charged but would be charged once the item had been dispatched.

He likes their clear-cut ways.

i think they are sold by Amazon. but not 100 percent sure.
Go to your order details and click on that item. It should tell you who is selling and how to contact them. It should also show whether it has been dispatched and when it is due to arrive.
There should be a button enabling you to email seller.
how are they to know they have been delivered you could say not arrived even though they had so you get it for nothing?
i have had things i dont have to sign for many times
Most of the things I order do not need to be signed for.
Wish they'd do something about their rain forest.
