Canon Printer Not Working

Every so often in the last few days our Canon office printer keeps saying paper jam, and even though I have removed the paper jam, its still saying it. I have checked 100% and there isnt any paper jammed back or front anywhere, but it still won't print and just comes up on screen as paper jam. Tried switching off and on again. Dont know what else to do.
Any ideas anyone! Cant print a thing at the moment.

Are you using genuine or 'compatible' cartridges?

Open and close all locations where paper can be loaded. Could be a sensor that thinks you have not checked all possibilities.
