Recently changed from BT to EE. The assistant in the local EE shop assured me it would be exactly the same and would even better.
1. I can't find ITV or Channel 4 On Demand - is this just me?
2. I have hundreds of rubbish channels that I want to 'hide' but can't work out how.
Any help or comments from anyone who has made the change welcome.
Thanks.

Just so I understand.............You've changed your internet provider and it's affected your TV channels?
I'm guessing one of those package deals, broadband, tv, phone ? Unsure how finding websites can change though.
Must confess I looked in earlier and wondered how internet connectivity affected tv listings. Without any set up spec I decided to swerve the question because I was busy sorting the dog's dinner out. Are you using a sky or freeview box or is it a smart tv hooked up to your hub? Either way I would switch of either the tv or the box at the mains and do a reboot. Some times after upgrades , just like a pc,(although a pc does not have to be switched off at the mains) your system has to be turned off at the mains and re loaded.
sadly EE will claim to be the same but they are not.
changing provider will not /should not have any bearing on your channels...you need to retune your telly...presuming it is your smart tv you are talking about
Just been having a snoop around Jenny and found this if you are using EE interactive system.
