A Conservative spokesman said: // "there needs to be a review of how the Electoral Commission's processes and requirements could be clarified or improved". // Translation: We are very miffed to have been caught out, and resent the record fine. The Electoral Commission is now on our hit list, and we will disarm it as soon as possible.

IS correct that a court order had to be obtained to make the CON'S release this information? if so this should be an investigation into Fraud!
Theresa May:
// We have complied fully with the Electoral Commission. //

Electoral Commision Report:
// In May 2016, the Electoral Commision lodged an application with the High Court for a document and information disclosure order. //

The Prime Minister is disingenuous when she says they complied fully. They did when presented with a Court Order.
