Despite waiting many weeks and apalling customer service we finally had our HD box installed last Saturday, but .... STILL unable to receive Hd transmissions, according to Sky its a fault their end anybody else experiencing this please?

fraid not.ours was installed on the 12th and has been fine.

are you sure you cannot receive any hd transmissions ?
silly question,but you do know that there is only a few hd channels ?

i do not receive any hd transmissioins as i said, enquiries are met with answer they have problems
