he told me his benifits are stopped because he has 2 much money in bank
is he still entitled to benifits

Henry some benefits are means tested and it depends on savings etc - read through this or get your friend to contact an advisor.

Get to your nearest CAB and ask to talk to a benefits advisor , it is free and they will check to make sure you are getting everything you are entitled to.They are VERY good at it!

I was told my benefits would be reduced if I had more than £6000 in savings. I'm on income-related ESA. That should give you an idea of the amount but you can phone them and ask.
