I have a question for a friend..say you had surgery with a surgeon. .and tell him there was no drug use in your history..then use the same surgeon again and tell him that there is drug use in your history..could he bring criminal charges against her for lying the first time?

no, lying per se isn’t illegal (or most of us would end up in jail!) ...and remember what House said was rule one when taking a patient’s history? “everybody lies"

So my question is I was taking Clonazepam for a week then put on ativan and zolft..So right know I'm feeling a little week and maybe achy i cant really tell..and a burning senation in my arms and head....was wondering would it be from the Clonazepam I only took for a week or the zolft that I just started taking. My last dose of Clonazepam was 12 days ago. Started the zolft and ativan about 11 days ago.i wouldn't have thought it to be the Clonazepam because I'm taking the ativan.
