FSG-Temp is this a virus/worm????

This FSG-Temp has come down from the internet and istalled itself onto my hdd.....I got a warning from Norton Internet program which kept popping up onto the screen....eventually I cliked allow ......I have looked into the windows temp file and it has created its own folder and has files in it.....is this a virus/worm or spyware...can anyone help me identify this....thanks

Need some more info on this. What kind of file is fsg-temp? If you right click on it an select properties it should tell you full file name e.g fsg-temp.exe or fsg-temp.scr. In Norton firewall you should block it from communicating with any other computer to be safe. I also suggest clicking Start/Run then type "regedit". Press F3 and then type fsg-temp and see what comes up. WARNING - DO NOT ALTER, DELETE OR DO ANYTHING EXCEPT READ WHAT IT SAYS. Changing anything in you registry could cause major problems if you do not know what you're doing. Let me know how you get on and we'll go through the next steps
