I don't know, but anything's worth a try...

Whatever you're feeding her - tinned, dry, tuna, chicken - get some on your fingers and give her snout a tickle; she might lick her lips, or your fingers and get interested. Keep the bowl nearby.

Also try warming the food slightly, this sometimes works.

I hope you get her to eat!

Thats right warming it quite often works because then at least they can smell it better and this stimulates her appetite.
I am sorry I cannot find your other post about your cat so I don't know what is wrong with her but if she is not eating I assume there must be something up. But I would get a second opinion about her having to be put to sleep.
oh also...If she is still washing herself, you can try smearing a little food on her paws so that she will want to lick it off, just getting a little taste will sometimes make them want to eat.

I am so, so sorry caz21. I have been thinking about you all week. I'll say a little prayer tonight xxx

have your tried fresh fish? and dog food? our cats hated cat food but would go mad for dog food, I don't think it makes much difference
How is your cat getting on, caz21?
Have you tried a little catnip to perk her up? How about dangling some long blades of grass in front of her to get her chewing?
ask the vet to see if she has a hyper-active-thyroid-gland.....my cat had that and they gave her some tablets to help her eat and now she's great!!......especially if she's skinny, then ask. and if she really has to be put to sleep, send a baloon to the sky with a message for her every christmas to make you feel better (that's what i do cos my other cats had 2) xxxxx

Very sorry to hear that caz, we will be thinking of you x x

Dear caz21, We are so very sorry to read about your puss our deepest sympathies are with you, we truely understand what you are going through, we had to let our dear puss Sooty of 15 years go to the "Rainbow Bridge" back in February, we then tragically lost our darling baby boy Merlin aged 19 months last month on the 5th, we are thinking of you and your family.

Love from Bruce & cat woman xxx
