I am unaware that the named Archbishop of Canterbury has expressed any distress about the tragic death of Jo Cox, MP.: which his supposed God allowed to happen.

The roman catholics dioceses have different areas and names to the standard Church of England ones and so you can tell who is which.

The media isn't going to report every individual's comment, and no individual is expected to express public distress about every murder. If the Bish's supposed God exists then it is your God too. And clearly no God can interfere with what we are doing here in any noticeable way as, as soon as folk know they can try anything and there's no consequences the universe becomes "Bedlam". May as well destroy it all and start again.
