Did anyone watch this on Sky on Sunday night. I found it really well written and brilliantly acted but also quite disturbing and sickening - especially the scenario with the 12 year old american girl!

great show, great actors, very well made

Just watched it, and found it quite upsetting. It also made me want to go all "Punisher" on Robert Carlyle and his men (and the guys who use their services, without whom they would have no business).

I did feel that the stuff in Manila seemed more designed to show the Americans that it's not just "dumb Russian broads" who get sucked into the "trade", though it may well tie in with the main plotline. (Possibly by providing the bad guy's downfall).
