I spent time and effort selecting appropriate Easter eggs for Mr O and the Junior O's. When I handed them out they were thrilled and made the appropriate appreciative noises.
After sampling them, they all went off to do their Sunday activities.
I am happy I made the effort, but I am left with just a teensy question........WHERE IS MY EGG?

Eat theirs.... that's what I do :-). They'll be half-price tomorrow.

pixie, I bet I get a half price one tomorrow. You try being married to someone who is half Scottish and half Yorkshire. Talk about Mr Economical!
I didn't get one either but I did get 5 boxes of Maltesers, you can have one if you want Mrs O, even I am finding that much a tad over the top :-)

Prudie, thank you for your generous offer which I gracefully accept.

Make it sharpish please ;-)
I left it too late to get my kids eggs, apparently, Good Friday is very late! The only eggs that were left had those mugs in the box so I got them a box of chocolates each, lovely they are. Son was delighted, daughter threw a strop.

I got a big fat Dairy Milk egg from the OH, that just about tipped the daughter over the edge. Happy days.......
I noticed the shops sold out very quickly of Eggs this year. Did anyone else notice it?
The supermarkets near us were trying to sell them off late in the week.
