grains for breadmaking

Anyone know where in Uk I can buy mixed grains for adding to my breadmaker? Or do I have to buy them individually and add a little of each?

Allinsons do a 5 seed mix - I got it from Tesco

Be careful you don't take off the non-stick finish on your bread bucket, add the grains after the first mix
