I need some ideas please for a small gift for a couple in their 60s (about £5 or £6 no more) they are diabetic so no chocs or biscuits, don't smoke, and not sure if they drink alcohol, and can't buy plant etc as they go away early January.

A real dilemma! Help please ..............

bird box looks good to me,i would like that, cos I don't smoke, drink and am diabetic
A set of spanners may come in handy.
Diabetiic chocs not so nice. Give you the runs if you eat too many. ( I am also diabetic, so I do know what I am talking about). I would go for a nice pot of crocus or something similar. I had one of these last Christmas, and put the pot in the shed when they died out. I have just got it out of the shed, and they will be flowering soon.
^^^even Diabetes UK says that nobody should buy "special" food, labelled "for diabetics".
handmade Christmas decoration?

Small Oil and vinegar
