Thank you Mamyalynne (also for pointing out that 'stair' was formed from initial letters, Captain 2 (also for spelling out t-urban), dannyk13 (who also separated the 't' from 'urban'. I obviously need all the help I can get. I also wonder how 'chance on' is derived?
CH (= Switzerland) + anagram of "can one"
