I agree, Jackdaw33. Billy Butlin didn't set out to invent a Butlin's camp; he invented a holiday camp. Davemano's train of thought is quite logical, though.

Holiday camp not necessarily to do with the seaside, whereas that was Butlins first camp at Skegness.
