It was lovely and sunny yesterday and sort of today. I got my parents a Red Letter day trip to the Shard and meal for 2 and they went yesterday. They were very lucky with the weather.

what sort of surface are you putting it on Excel?
Make sure it's dust and dirt free and dry. (obviously, sorry)
maybe secure it with silicon around the suction cup to prevent any water getting in to dislodge it?

On glass? make sure it is completely dry and grease free. use transparent silicon around the suction cup.
