I've just come in from the garden and my fingers are numb, freezing cold wind its more like october than may. Fire is now on and hot chocolate in mug but think a slug of spiced rum would do the trick.

I've had to dress Little Tiggs is in his thermal vest, socks and fleece bodysuit Ark. Exactly what he was wearing during Jan/Feb!

Were you gardening Seb?

It's freeeeeeeeeezing up here too. Mr P has lit the fire the last couple of nights and I've had the heating on too.

At one point on Friday it was actually quite nice. For about 20 minutes. Then it started raining and the temperature dropped by about 10 degrees.

What is wrong with Mother Nature? Crabbit old cow.

I found the covers from the deckchairs in the airing cupboard, I washed them after winter last year and they were never put back on! Feels like they'll stay there this year too! Once the sun goes down the temperatures plummet.

I'm Flint SMP, half of the week anyway, we have got a static in Dinas Dinlle so spend every weekend down there.

tiggerblue -yes trying to garden as its been foul all day but faired up a bit early evening. I needed to get my lines of peas and beans dug and some wire put up ready for planting them out. My lettuce and a few other seedlings are just poking through so I really don't want to see any hail or heaven forbid snow ;-(
