I am, as always, looking forward to visiting a local pub on Christmas eve where a great deal of my friends who I have not seen for some time will congregate. We'll then proceed to have one quiet one (although I am informed the ones afterwards are not quite as quiet). I wondered what your traditions were for Christmas Eve...

I don't have specific traditions for Christmas Eve except that wherever I am, I will crack open the bubbly and have a great time. I am going to Hampshire this Friday, weather permitting.

The church could tecnically be christmas day if you're going to midnight mass...

I don't like going out on christmas eve, takes bloody ages to get served anywhere and most people are pished as farts.

Pub, just a couple - up early Christmas Day, a hangover would spoil it!
I am nominated driver on Christmas Day, my only opportunity to kick back with a few drinks will be Boxing Day! Traditionally the lads meet up on Boxing Evening and have a knees up and the girls stay in with a few bottles - why break tradition!!
