I've booked a short break in a log cabin in a forest, and all the user reviews rave about how fantastic the hot tub is. It's never particularly appealed to me to sit in the open air in a big bath.

Am I missing summat?

Nice and relaxing with a glass of wine...
great fun!
You need to sit in a hot tube in the winter, particularly if there is snow on the ground.....fabulous.
Also, it depends upon who you are in the tub with...........if it is your husband then it is a waste of an exhilarating experience ;-)
Naked (or close) with the other half, A nice drink or two
snags...LOL
You can't beat a hot bath ... full of someone else's old skin and hair .. !
alava - exactly my thought. My BF wants a hot tub, so far I have managed to persuade him against it. I'd rather have a greenhouse.

(I am obviously getting old)
as long as it has been properly cleaned between users nice...

Thanks for the answers peeps!

If you're in it in the winter .... surely the bits submerged would be nice and warm, but your upper bits would be freezing?
load of cobblers, rather be doing something useful than sitting in a bath staring at nothing.
Cazzz.... you could actually talk to each other you know ;-p
why would you want to talk snags....
nuts to that.
Fair comment... just stair inanely at the view then and break wind occasionally...

Mccfluff at last some who - wants to drink
they will get a fat lip if they make goo goo eyes at me, simple as.
If you get the tub hot enough, you could boil a ham or a couple of Haggis in there at the same time. Got your attention now cazzz eh...
