When I was a little girl I remember being taken on holiday and when the tide went out you could walk to castle like structure on a little Island and you had to watch for when the tide came in again to get back. Unfortunately, parents not around to ask and siblings don't know either. It has to be Cornwall or Wales because they are the only places we went to. Any ideas?

St. Michaels Mount, Cornwall? Similar to Mont St Michel in France.
