Stag do - Early 2010

Hello!
Looking to organise a stag do for a long weekend in europe for either Jan, feb, or March 2010. We are looking for cheap to get there and stay, not too expensive for beer, plenty of decent nightlife BUT don't really want somewhere too tacky or where we'll be pounced on all the time to go in places or ripped off.
Does anyone know of any events or festivals happening in europe around this time? Or have any recommendations for places to go or things to do?
