I have tried to book a cruise on the mrco polo but have been told it is not suitable for wheelchair users, has anyone any experience of this ship?

Having looked at deck plans it would appear that no cabins have disabled facilities.

Look for the black squares on attached link.

No, I haven't, but the Marco Polo is an old ship and I would say that safety would be a concern.

thanks everyone, have just been declined a booking on Marco Polo because of wheekchair, but have booked on Balmoral who caters for wheelchairs.

further to my last post, mjy booking with Balmoral has been cancelled as all quotas for wheelchairs on board have been booked' I do not need a cabin with disabled facilities, just my wheelchair for moving around the ship We are so disappointed as this was to be my husband;s 80th birthday treat.
