I did't have any when i went o cancun last year, you don't *have* to have them, some are recommended but i'm still alive.

When i travelled around the south of Mexico (starting in Mexico City) I needed to have: rabies typhoid polio dyptheria tetanus hepatitis A and also to take Malaria tablets associated with the types of conditions I would be living in.
