Camera stolen

My camera was stolen last week while I was on holiday in Croatia. The most disappointing thing is that I had taken (about 200) some wonderful photos, which obviously have been lost.

Can anyone direct me to a website I can use to download photos of some of the places my wife and I visited? The ones we are especially going to miss are Venice and Trieste in Italy, and Rovinj in Croatia.

I know it won't be the same as having our own snaps, but might help to make up for our disappointment.

Thanks in advance. Les.

This link will take you to 65 albums of pictures of Rovinj:

(Excuse the spelling error. The link will still work. The page looks a little odd if it's loaded into Internet Explorer but you can still access the galleries. It loads fine in Firefox).

Then change the search term, on that page, to 'Venice' and click 'change'. Repeat for 'Trieste'.

my sympathy - I lost mine while returning from a holiday in Belgium a couple of years ago. (Incidentally, if your travel insurance is too restrictive, try claiming under household goods insurance.)

Anyway, you can also do a Google Images search for Rovigno, which is the Italian spelling.
Hi there,

Try searching on either www.webshots.com or www.flickr.com, they are used by both professional photographers and us ordinary folk, never failed me yet!

So sorry to hear about your camera, hope our answers help.
