i am thinking of travelling to america soon and have only just found ut that i should get a visa
a year and a half ago i was arrested and given a reprimand from shoplifting
it is too late for me too apply for a visa if i still want o go on the date planned
will american immigration be able to see my reprimand or do they only have access to more serious offences?
when i was arrested i was fingerprinted and had a iris scan which i hear they do at customs
if i tick the no box to say i have not commited any crimes on the form on the plane is it likly i will be caught?
thanks
