USA Visa Waiver
My friend was banned from driving for 1 year for drink driving 6 years ago. She served no sentence and is a upstanding member of society. Will she be able to accompany me to the USA next year without a visa?

I think that drink driving is a criminal offence as opposed to a civil offence, right? In which case it looks like she'l need a visa. Read more here. http://www.usembassy.org.uk/cons_web/visa/niv/add_req.htm
