Happy New Year everybody !!
I have to buy airline tickets for my daughter, son in law and grandson, for a trip to Gran Canaria in September. I have tried Travel Supermarket and notice that under British Airways it comes up as "Airflights" - has this replaced GB Airways and has anybody used them ? Also I notice Thomsonfly appear quite competitive on price. Any thoughts or experiences would be appreciated.

GB Airways have been bought by EasyJet. Selecting random dates in September on the EasyJet website reveals 1-way fares between 35 and 115 depending on the day.
If you're looking for cheap flights, try www.skyscanner.net
I flew with thomson to Gran Canaria and they were cheapest, daytime flights and comfortable. Flew on a monday as well so saved with not having weekend flights
If you are going to pay for the tickets with your own credit card they may have problems unless you are travelling with them. Many airlines insist that the credit card holder is one of the travel group.

Mny thanks for all your replies. Will take all on board (no pun intended) and probably go with Thomson.
Thanks again
