Riu Palace, Maspalomas, Gran Canaria
how about costa tegiuse in lanzarote, it's nice and flat, lots of nice resturants and pubs but not full of clubs , if you research it, it'll tell you if accomadation is on a slight incline of not, try this website: http://www.teguise.com/
also lanzarote has a lovely breeze so it does'nt feel too hot.
We went to Playa Blanca in Lanzarote a couple of years ago. It was lovely, quiet but with enough restaurants and bars (not clubs) to be interesting. Not as busy nor as windy as Costa Teguise and with good beaches. Fuertventura is nice too, both Corralejo and Costa Caleta (Caleta de Fueste) are flat and although rather windy it's a lovely island with spectacular beaches. One of my favourite places to go as it's not too built up (though Corralejo is getting sprawly).
You may not want to go to Puerto Rico in Gran Canaria as it is very hilly! unless you stay in a hotel at the bottom of the hill!
In Gran Canaria you could consider Puerto Mogan - tiny, pretty and flat or Maspalomas also on the flat.

Definately not Puerto Rico as its all built into hillside - too many steps and might be too noisy for you in the centres.
