From tomorrow (Monday) you can carry any liquids, subject to the following rules:

1. The quantity of each liquid may not exceed 100ml

2. Any containers with liquids in them must be comfortably contained within a single, clear, resealable plastic bag which must not exceed a capacity of 1 litre (i.e. approx 20cm by 20cm).

Liquid medications can be taken on board, in quantities exceeding 100ml, if they can be verified as authentic.

There is no restriction on medications which are not in liquid form.

A good idea is to go into the website of the airport you are flying from and check their info then request update emails from them.We are flying from Gatwick south 1st Dec. and I've recently had two update emails from them. You can print these out so you have clear info if you hit a problem whenn you get to the airport Good luck with your trip
Just to expand on what Buenchico said, the new ruling is EU wide - "Travelling from an airport in the EU, Norway, Iceland or Switzerland"
