Stop wasting your time on here and call a travel agent, best recomendations are Trailfinders http://www.trailfinders.co.uk/index.htm, Bridge the World http://www.bridgetheworld.com/home.asp, Travel bag http://www.travelbag.co.uk/main.html, Austravel http://www.austravel.com/ or STA http://www.statravel.com/ online agencies such as Expedia http://www.expedia.co.uk/Default.asp?CCheck=1 and ebookers are always worth a check http://www.ebookers.com/ and I would recomend trawling through the weekend travel classified sections especially the Guardian on Saturday and of course the Sunday Times. Another good idea is to call the airlines direct... no harm see if they have any special deals direct try Cathay Pacific, BA, Singapore Airlines, JAL and of course Qantas. In my opinion the best people to call are Trailfinders and STA.
I've been to Oz and NZ a couple of times and have found Travel Mood to be a good firm. But some of the bast deals I had were with Leestravel.com. Check them out. I tried STA and trailfinders but they tend to be student biased. which is great if youre a student. Not so great if you're not one. good luck.
I went with Travelbag and they were great, I was able to negotiate things like insurance transfers etc and they were able to beat any other company i had found,....try them i don`t think you`ll regret it. Bobcat
