I don't think mine ever opened!! Still closed with a big notice on door to call a certain number for treatment.
Last time I asked mine they had a backlog and were doing really urgent ones only
My dentist's practice is still open.
Mines open. I had a filling done a few weeks ago (No drilling though, just a replacement for one that fell out)
Er indoors had a tooth attended to yesterday

I suppose it depends where you are

There appears to be nothing in the current rules for Northern Ireland, which apply up and including 10 December, to prohibit dental surgeries from opening normally:
