Were you on the flight to Tenerife from Edinburgh on 27 February which due to a problem with the plane was grounded and after a long afternoon in Edinburgh airport we were taken by bus to Glasgow and eventually flew eight hours later. If tried to claim to compensation were you successful with your claim. I claimed but they say I am not entitled.

I suspect Thomson are trying to fob you off, hoping you’ll give up.
