Blue Bar Hiding My Tabs In Chrome

Hello,

A blue bar has appeared at the top of the screen hiding my tabs. I often have several open at once for work and this is frustrating. If I hover over the tabs the blue bar moves so I can see it but won't go completely I have to keep moving along to find the tab I need.

I'm using Windows 7
