Listening to the radio just now the question is being asked...If you could spend just one day in England where would it be?
A good question for today...though the last caller has said Whitby. Hasn't met MrsO.
For me it would be touring Dorset. Where would you spend the day? x

I live in Dorset and that's hard to beat, otherwise where I used to live in rural deepest Kent. Somewhere I don't know but would like to is the Lake District (as long as it wasn't raining).

I love the Norfolk Broads (on my doorstep), i love the Yorkshire Moors, the Dorset coast and the welsh valleys but I also love a day in London with an Oyster card and a ticket for a show. That would be my choice.
