Inspired by Eccles memories of food from child-hood.

The guests would have to be partitioned off and the chefs would be tearing their hair out.

If you didn't have to foot the bill, what would your ideal 3 course meal be?

lol Sibs, it was just in case Dicky showed up at your door!!
At the moment I would be more than happy to sit down to a beetroot, goats cheese and walnut salad with winter leaves, steak frites with bearnaise sauce and watercress and clementines in a cinnamon infused caramel.

However I'll have to make do with chilli which is quietly bubbling away.
I als.o love prawn cocktail.

I buy my prawns from the Asian shop.....lovely

For sibs. Todays offering is homade meatloaf served with a cauliflower cheese bake. Cucumber relish and pickled chillies at the diners discretion.
Sorry it is not more adventurous. It is tasty mind.
I was going with scallops with chorizo til saw SD's with black pud and bacon,

So I'll have that followed by a nice medium rare ribeye, spinach with chilli and garlic and proper chips.

Baked alaska

All washed down with a nice rioja.
