....to watch with my 15 year old daughter!

I need a good laugh but the scariest of horrors will do too! Lol...seems to have the same effect on us....
Don't be offended if I don't reply just yet but we're off out to clean the patio just now for which I am rewarding her with a Chinese take away.... and wanted something decent to watch to end our day!

Dogma for funnies (one of my favourite funnies along with most animations, particulary Shrek).

The Grudge (american or japanese version) for horror, I still haven't bloody well sat through all of that movie in one go!

Try getting a film from the 80s called shocker. It's supposed to be a horror but its so bad it passes as a comedy.
Did you ever see Jagged Edge?

Get Army of darkness - scary and funny at the same time
The Descent is good for a laugh and quite scary too.
The descent is just funny ;o) Randomly it's a film I just don't get, it feels like a film that should tick all my boxes, (scary, weird creatures etc) but I just really dislike it... and I end up rooting for the creatures :c)
China, it scares me because of the caves, a claustrophobic type fear.
I love "The Frighteners" with Michael J Fox it is a great comedy/horror film that is genuinely scary in places.
American Werewolf in London does it for me....
.....and look out for a young Rik Mayall in the Slaughtered Lamb scene
nightmare on elm street
Difficult to choose just one, but "In the Heat of the Night' was great.
