can anyone suggest a car park north of London(travelling on M1)which you would be able to find a space in after 10am.going to wimbledon

Have you tried Park at my House?

you may be able to get much nearer than 'north of london' L O L

...or you could come off at junction 4 and go into Stanmore tube car park (5 mins from M'way) and use the tube.
