You only had to go to the webpage of In2carparks to tell you the answer to your second question.

At Liverpool I've always just parked at the airport. Book on line before you get there and it's not badly priced. You can just walk to the terminal. Fantastic.
The car park is outside the terminal. Maximum of 5 minutes walk. I've parked there. very reasonable compared to Manchester
so what do Manchester charge as they used to be reasonable. I hate to think what Heathrow comes out as.
Manchester multi story - £70 for the week

Last time I used an off site parking company but they were near Altrincham about 15 minutes mini bus but cost approx £25. Much prefer Liverpool if possible.
B-hell that has gone up - through the roof...........so Heathrow terminals must be £130+
Heathrow within walking distance of terminal 1, £118, reduced from £362??????
Heathrow isn't set up to do walking distance - except for those parking short-term to pick-up or drop-off. The terminals are in the middle of the compound (except T4, T5). Acres and acres of space would be needed. Hence the prices for parking within walking distance is cunningly set to avoid flying passengers using it for that.
