And why?

I hate the word "cruet".

It's so, sort of ... seaside landlady.

Yes, it's a word.

As in, "I smashed that girls clunge good and proper."

nice is ok to decribe a cake or something, but when people use it about works of art, music or literature or any amazing things in general it is indeed lazy.

it has got a certain slang usage now...sort of like people saying 'wicked to mean good etc.. its said in a kind of ...niiiiiccccceee...with a wide eyed nod... haha ...

but thats very different from "ooh now thats a rather nice view, called 'the pyramids', you say?"
