the only way to fly from Norwich to Manchester (direct) is with FlyBe. Flights at 07h10 and 18h00, journey 55mn.

the best way to determine the cost is to input your travel dates into the "book a flight" panel at http://www.flybe.com/

but randomly using 31-10 and 01-11, cost is �89.00.
